Kurt Iobst is Global President and co-founder of Salesforce's Neuroforce Business Resource Group and serves as Customer Accessibility Advisory Lead. A passionate advocate for disability inclusion, Kurt draws from his journey as a late-diagnosed autistic person to create workspaces where neurodivergent and disabled communities thrive. His dual background in education and technology gives him unique insight into both the challenges and potential of the disability community. Kurt has spoken at major events including CES, M-Enabling, Disability:IN, and Dreamforce, and received the 2025 Helix School Luminary Award.
